Job Summary

We are looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. Daily responsibilities include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, assisting with scheduling service appointments, and receiving payments. Evening shifts and Saturdays are required.

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the service advisor
• Work cooperatively with all departments and internal teams
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with callers and visitors
• Receive payments for Service and Parts tickets
• Complete loaner vehicle paperwork
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
• Perform other duties as assigned
