Job summary

Koeppel Auto Group in Kentucky is seeking a friendly cashier/receptionist to join our service department. You will greet customers, process payments, and coordinate with advisors and technicians to ensure smooth service experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills, including MS Office and dealership software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with service and parts teams.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify when a customer is waiting.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with service appointment inquiries.
• Handle customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate service personnel.
• Accurately calculate and collect payments for service repairs.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Review final repair orders for accuracy and documentation.
• Assist service advisors with filing, paperwork, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain an organized and clean cashier workspace.
• Uphold dealership policies and procedures and maintain customer satisfaction.
