Job summary

Kj’s Market in Ebenezer, SC is seeking a part-time associate to process guest orders accurately and handle transactions with friendly service. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and following store procedures to ensure smooth checkout and guest satisfaction.

You'll work with a team to maintain clean areas, assist guests, and lift items up to 25 lbs as needed. Weekly pay and flexible hours are available, with benefits including retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 15 lbs constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Demonstrates successful use of math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guests orders into cars.

Responsibilities

• Properly bag guests orders, place in cart or hand to guests, and follow the Floco Foods carryout practices.
• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guest into his/her lane to maintain guest flow and achieve the Guest Arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one lane to checkout.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
