W. Lee Flowers & Co. Waynesboro, GA is seeking a part-time grocery associate for Kj’s Market style operations.

Join a family-owned, growing company that offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and good benefits including a 401K and Pension Plan, tuition assistance and more. You will accurately process guest orders, handle cash, bag groceries, and keep the store clean. You will work with teammates to maintain fast checkout flow and assist guests in finding products.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 15 lbs constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Demonstrates successful use of math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication and guests service skills.
• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guests orders into cars.

Responsabilités

• Accurately handle all monies and tender to insure proper accounting of all transactions.
• Properly bag guests orders, place in cart or hand to guests, and following the Floco Foods carryout practices.
• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guests in his/her lane to maintain guests flow and achieve the Guests Arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one lane to checkout.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
