We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as part-time cashiers. This role offers flexibility, weekly pay, and benefits including 401K, pension plans, tuition assistance, and more. Be part of a family-owned and growing company that values community and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders accurately and record sales properly.
• Handle cash and tender transactions accurately to ensure proper accounting.
• Bag guest orders, place in carts, or hand to guests following store practices.
• Collaborate with team members to foster community growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Guide guests to checkout lanes to ensure efficient flow, aiming for no more than two guests waiting at one lane.
• Follow cash control procedures to prevent shrinkage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
