Job summary

Farmers and Builders Ace Hardware and Possum Eddy Ace Hardware are seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and assist customers with their projects in a busy hardware store environment.

You will greet customers, help locate items, maintain store presentation, and participate in merchandising standards. Evening and weekend availability is often required to support store operations.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers throughout the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed properly.
• Assist customers in finding hardware products and answer their questions.
• Participate in daily operational goals and support the store management team.
• Uphold merchandising standards and participate in training and development opportunities.

Skills/Knowledge:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
