Essential Duties:

• Receive payment from guests promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to cash control policies and procedures.
• Answer guest questions and direct concerns to management.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly and courteously.
• Deliver excellent guest service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area following health regulations.
• Maintain stock of necessary items.
• Provide a cordial reception to guests upon arrival.
• Answer telephones and provide general venue information.
• Thank guests and offer closing remarks as they leave.
• Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Read floorplans and seat guests accordingly.
• Clean and sanitize tables and dining area after guest departure.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
