Cashier | Part-Time | Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park

Join us as a Cashier at Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park under Oak View Group. This role involves operating a cash register, accepting payments, preparing and serving concession items, and ensuring food quality and presentation. The position requires maintaining excellent attendance and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The hourly wage is $13, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles. The position is open until May 16, 2025.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting sales transactions at the cash register.
2. Managing stock levels and communicating low stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
3. Responding to customer requests and concerns.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
5. Serving beverages, including alcohol, responsibly, and verifying guest IDs for age compliance.
6. Upholding sanitation, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Experience in food service and cash handling preferred.
