Position Summary

The Cashier utilizes a register to accept payments, prepares and serves concession items to guests, and pours beverages. Ensures food presentation quality and maintains excellent attendance in accordance with company policies.

This role pays an hourly rate of $12 to $14, plus tips.

About the Venue

Baseball is back in Columbus! Synovus Park, located in downtown Columbus, GA, will be home to the Columbus Clingstones, a MiLB affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. The inaugural season will feature 69 professional baseball games.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct register sales by entering orders and completing transactions.
2. Maintain stock and supply levels; communicate low stock to the Concessions Manager.
3. Respond to customer requests or concerns.
4. Keep work area clean and organized, including garbage disposal and dishwashing.
5. Serve beverages, including alcohol, responsibly; verify guest IDs per regulations.
6. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
3. Experience in food service preferred.
4. Ability to operate register systems.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
