Job summary

Day's Market is seeking a pleasant, customer-service oriented team member to join our store operations. Responsibilities include running a cashier till, proper bagging, light stocking, cleaning, and other duties as they arise in daily operations. Must be able to stand up to 4 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.

The position is part-time, around 20–30 hours per week, with availability on weeknights and Saturdays. We are locally owned and have served the community for over 30 years.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Cashier duties and basic math accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate cashier till and handle transactions.
• Bag groceries and maintain a neat checkout area.
• Light stocking, cleaning, and straightening as needed.
• Support store operations as required.
