Job Details

• Location: Torrey Heights - 11220 El Camino Real, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92130. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part time; Tuesday through Thursday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
• Requirement: Prior cashier experience preferred.

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform sales transactions efficiently.
2. Record all sales accurately in the cash register.
3. Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
4. Follow procedures for cash refunds.
5. Interact with customers and resolve complaints courteously.
6. Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
7. Monitor customer purchases and differentiate portions.
8. Replenish condiments, beverages, and maintain cleanliness.
9. Stock pastry case and ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
