About Us

Our goal at Jeff's Bagel Run is to bake fresh, bring joy, and build community. We started in 2019 and now have over a dozen locations in the Orlando market. We are hiring for our Celebration Restaurant located at 1587 Future Way, Kissimmee, FL 34747, which is owned and operated by the Cohen family.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service, the most important part of the job.
• Operate front‑of‑house alone or as part of a team.
• Manage the cash register and assist with food preparation, including bagels and cream cheese.
• Maintain the front lobby area.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Assist bakers as needed.
• Clean and disinfect the work area, set up and break down the station, and follow all sanitation procedures.
• Open the store on time and close it at closing.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Shift start times are 5–7 am.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Produce whipped cream cheese, scoop cream cheese, chop vegetables, count inventory, prepare food (bagels), handle dishes, perform general cleaning, and provide front‑of‑house service.

Requirements

Work Schedule

• Shift starts between 5 am and 7 am, including 10‑hour and 8‑hour day or morning shifts.
• Weekend and weekday availability required.

Compensation

Salary $13.00 per hour plus tips, which typically exceed $5 per hour.
