Job summary

Coach is seeking a cashier/retail associate in Texas to deliver exceptional service at checkout, greet customers, and support the Insider Program by promoting add-ons and gift cards. This role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling and adherence to company policies.

You will process returns, handle repairs, and assist in training fellow cashiers, while maintaining a clean and organized cashwrap. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays).

Base Pay Range

$15.00 – $19.50 per hour.
