Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York, is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive the Insider Program, and ensure accurate cash handling while supporting the team.
This role requires 1+ years in cashier/retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some lifting is required; English proficiency is essential.

The Cashier plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience at Coach. This position ensures efficient, friendly service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Lead Cashier creates a lasting impression through genuine interactions and adherence to Coach Service standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
Base Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.50.
