Summary: Assist Facility Management in the operations of a Goodwill retail facility. Follow specific guidelines and operate with minimal supervision. Must have a valid driver license with personal auto insurance, pass background and driver record checks, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Retail experience required, with knowledge of merchandise, cash register operation, and change-making skills
  • Effective communication skills, outgoing personality, proper grooming, and hygiene

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to organizational policies, rules, and safety procedures
  • Assist customers and donors courteously and promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility
  • Train and evaluate staff
  • Manage store records and operations in the absence of Facility Management
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Maintain productive work areas and proper cash handling/security procedures
  • Collaborate with Workforce and Family Services to provide client support
  • Follow health, safety, and confidentiality policies
