Whole Foods Market in Asheville, NC is seeking entry-level Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Members to support checkout, bag groceries, and assist at the customer service desk. You will maintain attractive displays and support the store’s customer service vision to ensure a positive image.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, following cash handling procedures, and assisting with cashier training.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds government regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
• Follows proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Cleans and stocks Front End areas, including own register.
• Follows all cash handling procedures – meeting and exceeding regional cashier variance policy.
• Assists supervisor in controlling customer flow and backed up lines.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
