Qualifications

• Ability to ring sales on a cash register and use basic math to count money.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best in class service.
• Process transactions accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
• Actively promote the Round-Up program and inform customers how their contribution helps the community.
• Keep the sales floor fresh and full through merchandising and rotation of items.
• Assist with shopping cart retrieval and merchandise placement.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Monitor fitting rooms and report theft when observed.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors.
• Support Asset Protection as needed for shoplifting incidents.
• Handle production, rotation, and 1 touch optimization processes.
• Uphold the company core values in all duties.
