Goodwill of South Central of Wisconsin is seeking a Cashier responsible for accurate register operation and delivering best-in-class customer service. The role supports efficient merchandising and a positive shopping experience across community locations.

No prior experience is required. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, handle basic math, and interact professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to ring sales on a cash register and perform basic math.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote the Round-Up program at each transaction.
• Keep the sales floor fresh and fully merchandised.
• Assist in merchandising and item salvage as needed.
• Return shopping carts and place merchandise in correct areas.
• Maintain a neat, clean and safe environment following 5S principles.
• Monitor fitting rooms and report theft to management.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers and donors.
• Support Asset Protection; may assist as a witness for shoplifting detentions (if 18+).
• Assist with production, rotation and one-touch optimization of items.
• Uphold the company's Core Values in daily duties.
