The position supports rewards sign-ups, loyalty programs, and collaboration across departments. Full-time status includes a comprehensive benefits package and weekend premium pay where applicable.

Qualifications

• Perform the duties of the Self-Checkout attendant as needed.
• Perform Customer Care duties including returns and answering the phone as needed.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Perform duties of the Sales Floor Associate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering and leaving the store.
• Greet customers at the checkout line.
• Scan each item and verify pricing.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise in the checkout area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Support Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications and loyalty sign-ups.
• Assist at customer care, Self Checkout, and the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all policies related to finance, safety, HR and legal compliance.
