Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties such as handling cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service tasks. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions efficiently.
• Record all sales accurately in the cash register.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for cash refunds.
• Interact courteously with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Monitor customer purchases and differentiate portion sizes.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Stock pastry case.
• Follow company standards for service, inventory, and cash control.
• Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
