• Location: Pikeville Medical Center - 911 S Bypass Road, Pikeville, KY 41501 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Days may vary, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Cash handling experience required.
• Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties including handling cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs sales transactions efficiently.
• Enters all sales into the register accurately.
• Makes change, accepts various payment methods, and issues receipts.
• Handles cash refunds per standard procedures.
• Interacts with customers courteously and resolves complaints.
• Manages change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitors customer purchases and maintains service area cleanliness.
• Stocks pastry cases and replenishes condiments and beverages.
• Adheres to company standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Follows sanitation, ServSafe, and safety regulations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
