• Location: Pikeville Medical Center - 911 S Bypass Road, Pikeville, KY 41501 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Days may vary, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Cash handling experience required.
• Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service tasks. Maintains sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions efficiently.
• Enter all sales into the register accurately.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
• Handle cash refunds following standard procedures.
• Interact courteously with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Stock pastry cases and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow company standards for service, inventory, and cash control.
• Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
