Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties, including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service and maintain sanitation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform sales transactions efficiently.
• Record all sales accurately in the cash register.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
• Handle refunds according to standard procedures.
• Interact positively with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Keep pastry case stocked.
• Follow service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
