• Location: Christus Spohn Shoreline - 600 Elizabeth Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78404. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Hours and days may vary, including weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service experience required.
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting receipts, and completing reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Enter all sales into the cash register.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for refunds.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints courteously.
• Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Keep pastry case stocked.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
