Job Summary

Performs cashier duties: cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, completing cash reports. May perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform sales transactions efficiently.
• Enter sales into the register accurately.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for refunds.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints amicably.
• Manage change funds and cash receipts per standards.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock pastry case.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control.
• Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
