Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Cashier in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will interact with customers, process sales, and ensure a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, operating the POS, and assisting with training new team members.

POSITION OUTLINE:

Do you enjoy interacting with customers? Are you a positive individual who succeeds in multitasking?

As a Cashier, you will:

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
• Operate the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise
• Welcome customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar to further support our missions
• Respond to phone calls while offering world-class customer service
• Assist in the training of new team members and cashiers
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe sales floor and return all unsold merchandise to the floor
