Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional manner.
• Operate the switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take thorough messages with caller details.
• Provide basic information to general inquiries.
• Serve as a backup to the sales department cashier.
• Assist the Service Manager with clerical duties as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card payments; record amounts received.
• Make change and issue receipts; verify end-of-shift totals.
• Refer customers to service advisor for further questions.
