• Location: Union Square Events - 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga, NY 12866 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Seasonal schedule. Wednesday - Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Fast casual concessions.
• Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assists with catering orders.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Performs general cleaning; removes trash and garbage.
• Provides service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handles cashiering accurately, maintains cash accuracy, makes deposits after shifts.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food.
• Sets up serving line, monitors food temperatures, and notifies cooks if needed.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepares items for purchase daily.
• Stocks refrigerator and rotates products using FIFO.
• Maintains par levels of food items, records temperatures and replenishments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
