We are a SaaS company supporting arts organizations through a powerful application management platform and professional marketing services. Our in-house agency helps programs grow by connecting them with our extensive network of artists through strategic, ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns. The Marketing Services Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that help arts organizations meet their recruitment goals. This client-facing role combines strategy, creativity, and performance tracking to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities include crafting and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase visibility, and deliver impact.

You will also sell our marketing services to new clients and identify upselling opportunities to drive revenue and expand engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of marketing clients, overseeing communication and project execution.
  • Proactively sell and upsell marketing services aligned with client goals.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.
  • Create compelling content across email, paid ads, social media, and content marketing channels.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and report ROI and optimization opportunities.
  • Improve campaigns through testing and data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives including recruitment campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Guide clients in leveraging our SaaS platform and artist network for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to arts education and recruitment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, agency, or arts/education sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies that drive measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, including persuasive copywriting.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
  • Passion for the arts and creative education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with arts organizations or educational marketing teams.
  • Understanding of recruitment funnels and seasonal campaign strategies.
  • Experience in account management or client services within a marketing agency.
  • Experience with video or OTT advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads/Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

Salary Range

US Remote: $54,000-55,500 USD/year plus commission potential.
