Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Location: Cape Canaveral Hospital - 701 West Cocoa Beach Causeway, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time, Friday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm; more details provided upon interview.
• Requirements: Previous cash handling, stocking, and cleaning experience are preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Operate Point of Sale systems, assist chefs, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness at stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, including catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using POS systems.
• Conduct general cleaning; manage trash removal.
• Provide service across retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks of issues.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily.
• Ensure refrigerators are stocked and products are rotated properly.
• Record temperatures and replenish food items to maintain quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
