Job Summary

Summary: Operate POS, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness at coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assist with catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform general cleaning; remove trash to designated areas.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately; make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily.
• Stock and rotate refrigerator products using FIFO.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and record temperatures and replenishments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
