Job Summary

The role involves operating the Point of Sale system, assisting the Chef, preparing coffee, and maintaining cleanliness at the coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties

1. Assist in preparing foods and catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area.
4. Provide excellent service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cash accurately and make deposits at shift end.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food items.
7. Set up and monitor serving lines, ensuring food safety temperatures.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Stock and rotate inventory using FIFO.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
