Compass Group USA is hiring a CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER at the LL Bean Beanery in Freeport, ME. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with on-the-job training available.

No previous experience is required; we provide training and opportunities to grow within a hospitality-focused team. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering services are included at select locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the Point of Sale system and cashier accurately.
• Assist the Chef and prep coffee and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.
• Prepare foods, meals and catering orders.
• Restock supplies and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Take deposits at end of shift.
