Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Operate the espresso bar: pull shots, steam milk, build specialty drinks to recipe standards.
• Manage the POS accurately — take orders, process payments, and handle cash with care.
• Prepare cold brew, batch drip coffee, and non-espresso bar beverages.
• Plate and present cold breakfast and grab-and-go items per display standards.
• Upsell naturally — suggest pairings, specials, and add-ons without being pushy.
• Keep the bar and counter spotless: restock, clean, and reset throughout the shift.
