Job summary

Allied Cooperative is seeking a store associate at our Augusta location to help drive sales and provide outstanding customer service. You will assist in stocking, checkout, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include supporting monthly sales targets, handling cash transactions, and ensuring policies are followed. The role requires physical endurance and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks with dexterity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent cash handling skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals.
• Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures.
• Handle complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products.
• Operate a cash till and balance cash drawers.
• Ensure the facility and equipment remain in good repair and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store.
