Walk-In Interview Opportunity

Every Wednesday from 12 PM - 2 PM at 2500 E. Devon Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018. Free parking and shuttle service from the Rosemont Blue Line Station are available.

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
2. Take and prepare guest orders as applicable.
3. Handle cash, credit, and comps accurately and complete paperwork properly.
4. Use proper procedures for transactions and ensure bank is balanced.
5. Complete and distribute cash turn-in sheets appropriately.
6. Maintain complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
7. Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to guests.
8. Know menu items and prices thoroughly.
9. Operate the Micros system for check ring-up and close-out.
10. Set an example with appearance and work ethic, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.
11. Prioritize safety and accident prevention, reporting incidents immediately.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with departmental rules and procedures.
