Job Summary

Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assist with catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform general cleaning duties; dispose of trash appropriately.
4. Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cashiering accurately, maintain receipts, and make deposits at shift end.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks of issues.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for purchase daily.
10. Stock and rotate refrigerator products using FIFO.
11. Maintain proper stock levels and record temperatures and replenishments.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
