Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is hiring a Food & Beverage Cashier at Crystal Mountain, WA. You will process guest transactions, answer questions, and keep POS areas clean and organized while ensuring excellent guest service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Position reports to Restaurant Manager or Front of House Supervisor. Wage range listed is 17.13–18.50 per hour plus tips; evening/weekend hours are common. Join a team with strong perks and a culture of adventure.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Proven exemplary customer service skills.
• Some venues require intermediate ski or snowboard ability to access.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocked cashier, condiment, and beverage stations.
• Assist guests with questions and requests and resolve issues promptly.

JOB SUMMARY

The F&BCashier processes guest point-of-sale transactions andassistsguests with questions and requests. The positionmaintainsclean, stocked, and organizedPOS, condiment, and beverage stations,reports onequipment issues, and follows established Food & Beverage policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Arrives on time, clean, and in proper uniform

• Clocks in and out according to shift

• Demonstrates an upbeat, positive attitude and acts and communicates with our guests in a positive manner

• Responsible foraccuratecash handling, making & returning proper change

• Maintains cleanliness ofcashier,condiment,and beverage stations

• Stocks and refills beverage machines, condiments,andutensils

• Assistsguests with needs as necessary

• Reportsany equipment malfunctions or breakage to the proper channels to resolve the issue ASAP.

• Abides by and upholds overall customer service standards

• Adheres to all policies, standards,SOP’sand training as directed by the General Manager and F&B Director.

• Completes all tasks according to General Manager

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position aminimum of 20 pounds on anoccasional basis.

• Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
