Englefield, Inc. is hiring for a Duchess Team Member Cashier on the Norton 2nd Shift. This role supports customers with a friendly, efficient checkout experience and helps ensure accurate transactions and smooth store operations.

You will welcome customers, process payments with POS systems, keep the store clean, stock shelves, and comply with safety rules for tobacco and alcohol. Flexible FT/PT scheduling and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and ability to assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills to ensure accurate transactions.
• Willingness to work FT or PT with flexible scheduling.
• Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation

Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)

• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
