Job summary

Boondocks Food & Fun in Draper, UT is hiring team members for guest services in a fast-paced, family entertainment environment. Starting pay is $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow.

You will interact with guests, process payments, balance cash drawer, explain packages, answer questions, and keep a clean area. Must be able to work at least 15 hours weekly and weekends. Benefits include health insurance after 60 days and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Good guest relations: friendly, courteous, cooperative.
• Well-groomed and neat appearance.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests.

What you will do

• You’ll interact with our Guests constantly.
• You’ll be responsible for processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to guests.
• You’ll balance your cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of your shift.
• You’ll help guests to have the best visit by explaining package and pricing options, park height requirements, and making recommendations.
• You’ll answer guest questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
• You’ll maintain a clean and orderly work area.
