Job summary

Chick-fil-A Belmont is seeking a friendly Cashier Team Member to join our fast-paced dining operation. You will take orders at the counter or drive-thru, ensure accuracy, and provide warm, efficient service to guests.

Training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth within the team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will help maintain a clean workspace, assist with stocking, and be ready to cross-train in other kitchen and service areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• No experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with stocking and cleaning during non-peak hours.
• Deliver orders to dine-in and mobile order customers promptly and courteously.
• Willing to cross-train in all front of house and back of house positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and other stations.
