Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience or related experience.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and machines for counting money, wire transfers, and lottery.
• Ability to handle stressful and complex situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task and keep the work area organized and clean.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.

Responsibilities

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process customer payments.
• Honor discounts and coupons and assist with Loyalty Program questions/sign-ups.
• Bag items and help customers with purchases.
• Sell money orders, lotto tickets, and process wire transfers.
• Handle returns and sell gift cards and lotto tickets.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area.
• Replace stock in display areas and adhere to uniform and grooming policy.
