Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, ring up purchases, and help with returns in our Austin store.

As the first and last contact for shoppers, you will provide excellent service, handle cash and POS transactions, stock displays, and answer store questions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Basic math proficiency for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Process checkout using the POS system and handle payments.
• Process returns and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers; follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer telephone calls per company guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
