You will promote the Rural King Loyalty Program, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan, follow cash-handling procedures, answer questions, and keep checkout areas clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and other technology.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, returns, exchanges, layaways, and price disputes.
• Answer customer questions and provide basic product information.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and protections.
• Reconcile registers, complete required paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain checkout areas, shopping carts, restrooms, and customer service areas clean and stocked.
• Participate in training and development opportunities and assist with training new Cashiers as needed.
