Qualifications

• Positive, dependable team players with great customer service skills.
• No experience needed— willingness to learn; cash handling a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Honest, respectful and aligned with Goodwill's mission and values.
• Open to training and personal development opportunities.
• Regular movement: standing, walking, lifting up to 10 lbs, and good color vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at the register and handle payments.
• Keep sales floor stocked and organized; rotate clothing and keep racks tidy.
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment including dressing rooms.
• Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts.
• Support donation door operations and sorting tasks as needed.
• Report safety, security, or theft concerns to store management.
• Assist with other duties to support a strong team environment.
