Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a friendly retail associate. Starting at $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses, you will help customers, operate the register, and keep the sales floor organized.

No experience needed; we train you. You’ll greet donors, bag merchandise, handle payments, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while supporting a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Positive, dependable team players with great customer service.
• No experience needed; training provided; cash handling experience a plus.
• Able to follow instructions, perform physical tasks, and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at the register and handle payments.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
• Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts.
• Support donation door operations and sorting tasks.
• Report safety or theft concerns to store management.
• Assist with other duties to support a strong team.
