The Ground Up, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a reliable Cashier & Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service and process POS transactions accurately. This on-site role reports to the Site Manager and works with a close-knit retail team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include handling cash/credit/check transactions, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Bilingual English/Spanish required; high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in retail

This position ensures exceptional customer service, accurate transaction processing, and a welcoming store environment. The role fits within the retail team and reports directly to the Site Manager.
