Position Overview

The Cashier & Customer Service Associate role primarily involves clerical duties and customer service within our retail showroom office. Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
2. Handling heavy phone work, including answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers regarding showroom business.
3. Calling customers to confirm order status, delivery, and product service.
4. Operating and balancing a computerized cash register.
5. Performing data entry using the company's point of sale system and other programs to process sales and customer inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be flexible with hours to accommodate a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform various office activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills for interactions via phone and in person.
• Cashier and computer experience are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
