Salary Range: $15.00 Hourly

Cashier/Customer Service Agent

Toyota of Rockwall is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for interacting with people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating positive customer experiences and contributes to fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicating effectively by phone, email and text.
• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
• Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s.
• Handle daily bank deposits.
• Assist the Controller and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Identify prices of goods, services and total bills using calculator.
• Process vehicle rental agreements.
• Understand and follow dealership processes.
• Prioritize and complete tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
