Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is hiring Duchess Team Members for full-time or part-time cashier roles on mid-day shifts at Sawmill I270. You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and organized while using modern POS systems.

We seek friendly, reliable people who enjoy helping others, with basic math and cash-handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
